The Art of Nothing

Jacob McGill

I have practiced Ortho-Bionomy since 1998. I have completed more than 1500 hours of training with some of Ortho-Bionomy’s most accomplished instructors. My search for powerful healing techniques began in 1992, after I was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident. I started a quest to rid myself of the chronic pain and lack of mobility I suffered. I have studied numerous healing methods and systems of movement. The mixture of osteopathic and martial arts techniques in Ortho-Bionomy is the most effective tool that I have found. My approach centers around Ortho-Bionomy, but also incorporates the best of the techniques I have learned through my other studies. For example, I draw on knowledge I obtained while achieving my black belt in Aikido and from studying with Canadian Pilates pioneer Dianne Miller. I am a certified teaching member of the Ortho-Bionomy Association of Canada, the Pilates Method Alliance, the Canadian Pilates Association and the Association of Massage Therapists and Wholistic Practitioners.
