The philosophy of the art of nothing
The philosophy of the art of nothing guides my approach to health and well-being. It is a reminder of something critical that is often disregarded in our technological age: less can be more. A healthy, vibrant approach to living does not need to be complex. Our bodies are designed to align themselves perfectly. Over time we alter this natural process, accumulating bad habits through injury, illness or misuse. It happens slowly, unnoticeably, and unrecognized problems are the most dangerous. For many of us, living in our bodies becomes like driving a car with the parking brake on. Ortho-Bionomy reeducates the body to its natural simplicity.
